Can the fireworks on the 4th of July be seen and heard from Narcoosees and / or The California Grill?

Hi Janice! Absolutely! You've chosen two amazing locations outside Magic Kingdom to view "Disney's Celebrate America: A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky." Both restaurants will afford very nice views of the amazing 360 degrees fireworks extravaganza presentation. In fact the California Grill observation deck at Disney's Contemporary Resort is a favorite spot of mine. It is exclusively reserved for patrons of the restaurant and bar. The boat dock and outside observation deck near Narcoossee's at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa provide some very nice views too. If you wish to see the fireworks display from inside a restaurant, the front runners are California Grill, Narcoossee's, and 'Ohana. To read more about celebrating the patriotic holiday please go here. Be sure to make Advanced Dining Reservations at any of these locations by calling (407) WDW-DINE or booking online here. Please let me know if I may be able to answer any others questions for you. Have a memorable 4th of July celebration at the Walt Disney World Resort!
