Hi Pam,
Welcome home! And welcome to planDisney!
We are so happy you visited us today with your question. I love getting to chat with fellow
Disney Vacation Club Members, and help them to make the most of their membership. My family and I have been enjoying the flexibility of our membership for several years. We only wish we had joined so much earlier!
It looks like you are considering a stay at the brand-new Disney Vacation Club
Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort! These cabins have a rustic charm, which I love, and I cannot wait to stay over there! Those units offer such great Vacation Point value, which is great as my family continues to grow!
Now, as is true at all the Magic Kingdom resort area hotels, you will very likely hear the
Happily Ever After fireworks, but from the cabins you are unlikely to see them. For a better view, head to the beach, and you will get to see some of the fireworks, now you won't see everything, but you are sure to see some of the bigger BOOMS in the sky, and you'll even get to hear the iconic soundtrack piped in, too! You have to stick around after the fireworks, to check out one of my favourite ways to close a Disney Day -
The Electrical Water Pageant, which will stop by. This show is a piece of Disney history, and it is an opening-year attraction!
I hope this answers your question, Pam. If you have any further questions about your membership or vacation planning, please
reach out to me. I'd love to help!
Have a magical day,
Matt
