will there be any fireworks and fantasmic shows planned for disneyland on feb 29th? i plan on going for the full 24 hrs. the schedule indicates the usual winter line up with no fireworks or fantasmic show. what attractions will stay open for the 24 hrs?

Hi there Julian and thanks so much for the question!  I am so excited about One More Disney Day and the fact that I will be able to spend 24 hours at Disneyland Park.

While the specifics are still forthcoming, I am willing to bet that there are some exciting surprises up the sleeves of the "Disney Powers that Be."  If I had to guess, I would say we can expect a surprise parade and special fireworks display in the evening!

As far as attractions, I would imagine the majority of them will be open for guest enjoyment. Since this occasion is a first for Disney Parks, I have nothing to go and am purely speculating at this point!

I do know one thing's for certain... This girl will be there with bells on!  It's not every day Disney fans get to spend a full 24 hours rockin' out at Disney Parks!  Just like you, I am anxiously awaiting an announcement from Disney with more information on One More Disney Day which could come any day! In the meantime, I would recommend tentatively mapping out your plan for the event and keeping your eyes peeled to The Disney Parks Blog, the best source for unfolding, official Disney Parks news.

Until then, if you have any other Disney vacation questions, please feel free to write back!
