Hi Evan and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
I always look forward to
Fireworks and Nighttime Spectaculars at the Walt Disney World Resort. The answer to your question is there might be a delay or cancellation due to weather or technical issues but every effort is made to have the show happen. Occasionally a fireworks show or nighttime spectacular might have a refurbishment time but Disney Parks does their best to let guests know in advance.
Most of the year at Magic Kingdom Park you can enjoy the Happily Ever After fireworks show. If you happen to be visiting during a special event you will probably see one of the seasonal fireworks shows such as Happy Hallowishes Fireworks or Holiday Wishes. Likewise, certain holidays like the Fourth of July or New Year's Eve traditionally have slightly different fireworks shows.
IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth is the nighttime spectacular at Epcot. Every night at 9 p.m. park guests will gather around World Showcase Lagoon to view this incredible display of fireworks and an inferno barge!
Disney's Hollywood Studios hosts two evening shows. Fantasmic! has long been the favorite way to end a day at Disney's Hollywood Studios. The show incorporates favorite characters and incredible special effects to entertain us all. I'm a Star Wars fan so I enjoy Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular. This combination of projections of classic Star Wars moments, lasers, and fireworks is thrilling to experience.
There aren't fireworks at Disney's Animal Kingdom, but they do have the Tree of Life Awakenings show and the beautiful Rivers of Light show.
Evan, as you can see, you have lots of options for Fireworks at the Walt Disney World Resort!
Please let us know if we can help you with any other questions!
Wishing you a magical day,
Amy H.
