Hi, Jennifer thanks for stopping by planDisney with your planning questions. I love to find a great spot for the nighttime spectaculars myself. I'll be happy to help find you find that perfect spot.
The Plaza Restaurant is such a great location for classic American fare. I personally love "The Plaza Reuben" as my main course and "Plaza Loaded Fries" as a starter. I apologize when someone talks about The Plaza, I get all excited about those two items. I always have to mention them. Now to answer your question. While there are plenty of tables facing the window and
Cinderella Castle, catching a glimpse of the show may prove to be just as tough as selecting a sundae to go with your meal. You can certainly make a request to sit in one of those locations for your meal, there is no guarantee and you may have to wait longer than anticipated. If the main reason you selected this location is to see the night-time spectacular
Disney Enchantment, I would not recommend it. You will not have a clear view of this show that is ending on April 2nd. For the food and turn-of-the-century ambiance it is an excellent choice.
Might I recommend a
Magic Kingdom 50th Fireworks Dessert Parties: Disney Enchantment After-Party? If a great view of the fireworks is what you want to experience without having to camp out for a great spot, these are great options and give you a sweet end to the night.
I hope this is helpful information for your upcoming plans and we can't wait to help again if you need us before you arrive.
See ya real soon!
