    Which fireworks display is best to see? We are travelling in July. Where is the best spot to watch the fireworks and have the dessert dining experience? I think we would like to sit to see the fireworks.

    Hi, Julie!  Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with this great question!

    In my opinion, there is no better way to end a day of fun at the Walt Disney World Resort than with one of the theme parks' nighttime spectaculars.  While I enjoy all of these shows, I must admit that Happily Ever After at Magic Kingdom Park is my favorite.  The breathtaking fireworks and lighting effects on Cinderella Castle, combined with the gorgeous musical score, move me to tears of joy no matter how many times I view this memorable show.

    Julie, I'm so glad to hEAR that you're considering attending one of the fireworks dessert parties during your upcoming vacation.  What could be better than combining incredible fireworks views with tasty treats?  Plus, when you make reservations for one of the dessert parties, your viewing spot is already saved for you.  No need to cut your theme park fun short to find and hold that perfect spot. 

    I have attended the Fireworks Dessert Party with Plaza Garden Viewing several times.  My family and I think that the Plaza Gardens offer THE perfect view of Happily Ever After.  If you book this party, you will enjoy a delectable dessert and savory snack buffet in the Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant.  Once you are finished eating, a Cast Member will escort you to the Plaza Gardens where you will watch Happily Ever After.  The only downside to this experience is that you will need to stand during the show.

    If you would prefer to have a place to sit during the fireworks, the Fireworks Dessert Party at Tomorrowland Terrace might be the best option for you.  At this version of the party, you will enjoy the same yummy treats, but you will have a reserved table where you may remain seated during Happily Ever After.

    Please be aware that these dessert parties are extremely popular, so you will want to make your reservations as soon as possible.  Reservations are available for booking as early as 180 days in advance.  I'm sure that enjoying one of these Happily Ever After dessert parties will be the perfect pixie-dusted way to end your day!
