Hey Howdy Hey Tiffany and welcome to planDisney!
Nighttime fireworks shows in Walt Disney World Resort are some of the best shows around. These are a spectacular way to end your night in the parks but there are other ways you can enjoy them as well. Let's review what you can see at Disney Springs and other locations you may be able to catch the show!
Disney Springs is an amazing place for shopping, dining and entertainment. While fireworks shows are usually limited to the theme parks, there are several places you may be able to catch the shows from a few Disney Springs locations. One of the best places you may be able to experience the show is
Aerophile - The World Leader in Ballon Flight. This high-flying attraction, if timed right, may give you a glimpse of the fireworks shows at EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. Make sure to check the
park hours for event times to try and sync your flight with the show! The other place in Disney Springs you may want to try is over at
Coca-Cola Store. The top floor is an open-style soda shop where you can try the classics as well as all sorts of specialty Coke drinks. This is an open-air patio that will allow views of the fireworks. While these locations are great for a glimpse, there are other locations in Walt Disney World outside of the parks to get a great view of the nighttime shows.
My favorite place to watch
Happily Ever After in Magic Kingdom is from the beaches of
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. You can either catch a bus from Disney Springs to the Polynesian or with a dining reservation at the Polynesian resort, you will be able to park in the lot and walk through the resort and experience the fireworks either at the beach or from
'Ohana. Make sure to hang around a little extra for the
Electrical Water Pageant Parade on Seven Seas Lagoon for a bonus show! You can also head over to
Disney's Boardwalk and on the bridge you can catch
Luminous The Symphony of Us in EPCOT. Feel free to stroll on over to
Beaches & Cream Soda Shop for a tasty treat either before or after the show.
While no formal show occurs at Disney Springs at this time, you have a few locations where you can check out nearby fireworks as well as options to view outside of the parks. I hope you have a Magical experience on your upcoming trip. Please feel free to stop back with any further questions you may have, we are always happy to help!
Have a Magical day,
Nick
