Maryanne, if you haven’t been to
Disney Springs recently, you are in for a surprise. The recent expansion has turned this great destination into one that shouldn’t be missed. With world class dining, shopping, and entertainment, it really is the place to be!
While you might be able to catch some fireworks at Disney Springs, it’s not the best spot to view them. You could try timing a ride on the Characters in Flight Balloon ride, but that might be tricky to pull off. I’ve also heard you can catch some fireworks from the top floor of the multilevel parking lots. But again, not really ideal.
If you want to try to catch some fireworks on non-park days, here are some ideas for you. You can visit
Disney's BoardWalk, enjoy some delicious ice cream from Ample Hills Creamery and view Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios fireworks. Another great option is to book a reservation at some of the monorail resort restaurants that have firework views like ‘Ohana and California Grill. If you can schedule them at the right time, you’ll get a delicious meal and a beautiful show! If your reservations don’t line up with the fireworks, you could still catch them from the beaches at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort or from the observation deck at Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
