    For the Fireworks Dessert Party at Tomorrowland Terrace (seated option), does Disney assign tables based on when you make the Advance Reservation or when your party shows up at the podium for check-in? Any tips?

    Hi, Alexandra!  Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    What could be better than a breathtaking fireworks display at The Most Magical Place on Earth?  Combining those epic fireworks with some tasty treats and a reserved seat with the perfect pixie-dusted view! 

    My family and I are big fans of the fireworks dessert parties for Happily Ever After at Magic Kingdom Park.  Our personal favorite is the Fireworks Dessert Party with Plaza Garden Viewing because our favorite view of Cinderella Castle is from the Plaza Gardens.  However, after being on our feet all day having fun in the theme parks, the Fireworks Dessert Party at Tomorrowland Terrace, with its reserved seating, is a really appealing option.

    Party logistics and procedures are always subject to change without notice, but from what I have observed during my visits, tables for the Fireworks Dessert Party at Tomorrowland Terrace have been assigned in advance.  I would still recommend arriving at the check-in podium early though.  Arriving early ensures that you will be escorted to your table as soon as check-in for the party begins, allowing you to maximize your time at the event and get right to those delectable desserts!  If you happen to be seated further back from the terrace railing than you would like, when it is time for the fireworks to start, there are areas around the railing that you may move to and stand in to view the show.

    Please keep in mind that the Fireworks Dessert Party at Tomorrowland Terrace is a popular activity.  Reservations for this event are recommended and can be made up to 180 days in advance.  I hope that you enjoy this magical ending to your day!
