Fireworks at Magic Kingdom

Is the Fireworks Dessert Party with Plaza Garden Viewing in the same viewing area as Fastpass or separate from? If 3 out of 5 our party wants to do the desert party but not other 2, can we meet them in the same area? Or are we separated from fastpass?

It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Nicole!

I think that watching Happily Ever After is a perfect way to end a day at Magic Kingdom Park, and the only thing that can make that better is enjoying some delicious desserts before being brought to an exclusive private viewing area to enjoy the show. The Fireworks Dessert Party with Plaza Garden Viewing is a great way to add a little extra magic to your vacation! Dessert Parties are extremely popular among guests right now, so if you're planning on attending one on your upcoming vacation this summer, I recommend getting those tickets as soon as you can.

At the moment, FastPass+ is not being offered for Happily Ever After so if your party of five wants to stay together to watch the fireworks from the Plaza Garden, everyone must have a ticket to the Dessert Party. If you decide to split up, there are so many great places for the other members of your party to enjoy the show. The Hub is my favorite place to watch from, but you can get a great view of the amazing fireworks and projections all up and down Main Street U.S.A.!

I hope this answers your questions, Nicole, and let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation.
