    can you see fireworks from chef mickey. We can snag reservations at 8:30 and magic kingdom closes at 6pm that day we were hoping to be able to see fireworks if we were at chef Mickey or somewhere at the contemporary resort

    Hot Diggity Dog! Only one more day until you arrive at the Most Magical Place on Earth! Let's not waste any time and get right to your question!

    Chef Mickey's is located on the 4th floor of Disney's Contemporary Resort. You won't have any views of the Magic Kingdom or the firework display from the restaurant, but you can view them from the observation deck on this same floor. Just head past the merchandise locations to find this viewing area. 

    Since the Magic Kingdom is closing at 6 PM the evening you are referring to, that will most likely mean that Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is taking place that night. Disney Enchantment is not shown on party nights, but there is a special fireworks show specifically for this event. Disney's Not-So-Spooky Spectacular takes place at 10:15 PM during the Halloween party. If you plan to eat at Chef Mickey's around 8:30 PM, you may be able to catch this show from the observation deck at the Contemporary Resort right after. 

    If you decide to dine at Chef Mickey's on a night that Disney Enchantment is taking place, this show is currently being held at 8:15 PM. You could potentially see part of the show before heading into your reservation, or try to make your reservation for a different time.
