Hello Barbara! It's so nice to see you ashore again here at planDisney!
I'm so glad to hear you had such a magical time, and I'm even more excited that there were crew members who were responsible for making it such a perfect experience! I feel like we were with you every step of the way while you were planning, so I hope the tips that
Adrianna and I shared with you helped guide your experiences as well! Now if we'd just been able to experience the cruise itself, that would have been something!
Nothing makes my day brighter while on a Disney Cruise Line vacation than interacting with the crew members - they take the Disney level of service to an incredible degree and I can honestly say I've always had a delightful experience as a result.
While I'm sure you made the most of the survey at the end of the cruise to let Disney Cruise Line know just how incredible of a time you had, that tiny free-response box may not have given you enough space to sing the praises of your favorite crew members! Fear not -
you're not alone in asking how to leave more feedback! Lucky for all of us, all you need to do is
contact Disney Cruise Line by email, where you'll be able to regale them of the amazing service you received during your cruise!
Hopefully, your kind words about the amazing time you had will bring smiles to their faces as well, and they'll remember you fondly as they welcome another "cruise family" to their ship! I'm always sure to keep a running list of magical moments in my phone's notes app to be sure I don't miss a single one when I submit this feedback, so hopefully you did the same!
Thank you as always for your question, Barbara! I sure hope you went ahead and booked a placeholder while you were onboard so that before too long we'll see you sailing our way again here at planDisney! If so, we'll be on the lookout for your colors on the horizon.
Welcome back to Missouri, but like all of us cruise-loving Missourians know, it's just a matter of time until we return to port - our hearts are with the sea!
Until next time, we'll SEA ya real soon!
Andrew
