    I just finished a Disney Wish Cruise. I purchased a $239 picture package. I went to look at pics and nothing is on my cruise app. How do I get the digital pics I purchased?

    Welcome home! I hope you had the most magical vacation aboard the beautiful Disney Wish! I know reentry is hard, so I hope you were able to book a future cruise or placeholder in the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app before disembarking the Wish. I know that always makes it a little easier to have a new countdown already underway, say goodbye to the ship and the amazing Cast and Crew. 

    Jack, I'm glad you purchased a cruise photo package and let the Shutters' team capture your cruise through their lenses. I love the creative backdrops, props, and magic shots offered throughout the sailing. Once your cruise is over, it may take up to 48 hours for your pictures to appear in the "My Cruise Photos" section on the Disney Cruise Line website (check under the section "Already Booked). Once they appear, you'll be able to download them to your device to treasure for years to come, as they are the best souvenirs from your time onboard. The photos are available for download for up to 45 days after the cruise. If your photos have not populated after 48 hours, please reach out to the Disney Cruise Line Communications Team for assistance. I hope you are browsing those memories in no time.
