Hi, fingers crossed we will be able to come back in August. We were wondering when Fantasyland will be complete? Also what is new since we went last November? Thanks for your help!!

Hi Michelle! Over the last two years Fantasyland has undergone great changes and with each trip it is exciting to see them. I am not sure if you were just there in November of 2013 or if you meant 2012. Be Our Guest restaurant is open and I recommend it for lunch over dinner although it is a bit of a wait to get in. Stop by the Dueling Dumbos now and take the stand by line to see what a great play area is waiting for you inside as you wait for your turn on the ride. My grandchildren find the play area more exciting then the Dumbo ride at this point. There is lots to see and do on that end of Fantasyland such as clown shows, water sprays, the small roller coaster for beginners, and a great meet and greet character spot. Check out Ariels grotto and ride and yes.......all the word is that the new Seven Dwarf Mine Train will be up and running this spring. We have watched it being constructed and it is so close now so I believe they will be on track to open it on time.

Peter Pan's ride has undergone some refurbishment although the changes are more in the refreshing type. If you have little girls then definitely get them to the new princess character meet and greet where you are guaranteed to meet two of the famous Disney ones by standing in only one line.

Things continue to change at Disney so don't hesitate to keep asking what is new before you arrive this next August!
