Hi Christy,
So great to see you swing by planDisney with a thoughtful question about what to expect when your daughter visits the
Walt Disney World Resort with another adult. I’m thrilled to hear that you are an
Annual Passholder family – there's so much to experience this year, and I’m happy to see you can take full advantage of it being a nearby Florida resident! Your daughter’s Annual Pass is such a gift of time together; there’s just nothing like those special memories made in the theme parks.
Please know that Disney doesn’t collect nor store your actual fingerprint; when you scanned your finger the first time for your daughter’s Annual Pass it captured a code and then deleted the actual finger scan. This unique identifier is now associated with your daughter’s ticket to prevent fraud and keep her ticket safe within your family. If your husband takes her to the theme parks and you aren’t there, the Cast Member at the park entrance will assist with verifying both of their tickets for entry. I don’t anticipate any issues as this is a common scenario, but the wonderful Cast Members will either streamline your entry upon scanning the Annual Passes or work with the team at
Guest Relations to associate both parents with her ticket.
I was excited to see the grand return of
Enchanted Tales with Belle, a fantastic attraction in Fantasyland within
Magic Kingdom Park that I think your daughter will adore. Please check out this new video series from my wonderful planDisney friends which highlights the
magical ways to enjoy the theme parks and resorts with little ones. I think you’ll find many great tips and resources here – be sure to follow the
Disney Parks Blog for the next videos in the series.
Be sure to keep an eye on the
benefits and discounts for Annual Passholders to maximize the magic together this year, Christy! Please don't be a stranger to planDisney, stop by anytime with questions of how to navigate being a special Annual Passholder – we love to help!
Wishing you a year full of magical memories,
Amy
