    I would be fine walking around a cruise ship but would prefer to use a walker for shore excursions. Can I check the walker like luggage when I arrive at the port or do I have to board with it?

    Hello, Sandy! Thanks for sailing to us with another question. It's great to see you again. 

    I'm happy to help you prepare for your Disney Cruise this coming fall. Please plan to bring the walker with you as you board. That's what Disney Cruise Line requests of those traveling with walkers or wheelchairs. Please also be sure to keep your important travel documentation in your day bag so you can present it at the port when you check in. I'm wishing you smooth sailing throughout the entire process!

    You'll be sailing on a Very Merrytime itinerary and in for a festive treat. I love these themed sailings and the chance to celebrate the season with entertainment, dining, and fun activities. I recommend that you refer to the Daily Activity Schedule regularly within the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once you are on the ship. You'll be able to keep track of all of the merrymaking onboard. If you see an activity that you don't want to miss, you can click the heart icon next to the listing and the app will send a reminder notification just before it's time to head to the fun.
