Is there any way of finding out where I can watch particular sporting events whilst staying on site? Is there a published list?

    Hi Gavin,

Are you referring to Soccer events or just all sporting events?  Why I ask is because having lived in England myself, I do know that the British are extremely crazed about Soccer and nothing can stand in the way of that, (oh, and Rugby too!).  There are many opportunities for you here though, regardless of which sports you may be interested in.  There is the ESPN Club, which is located at Disney's BoardWalk and there are 3 sections to this huge entertainment complex, featuring televised sporting events on big screens, a sporting arcade (lots of interactive games to play here), and a restaurant, television and radio broadcast facility.  There is also the Evergreen Sports Bar, where you can take in a televised sports event as well (this is located at "Magnolia Golf Course" at the nearby Shades Of Green Resort). If you are lucky enough to be staying at Walt Disney World between February 29-March 2, you will be able to experience ESPN The Weekend, a very special sporting event offered for those "real" sports enthusiasts.  Lastly, Disney has The Wide World Of Sports Complex, for those times that you would really like to see a "live" sporting event or training sessions (for example: the Atlanta Braves Spring Training).  I hope this helps you!

    Enjoy,
