Hi Joseph,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!
The quickest way to determine if you still have unused Theme Park tickets is to check your
My Disney Experience mobile app. First, you’ll want to sign into the mobile app and select the three lines in the lower right corner. Next, select the “Tickets and Passes” box and you’ll be taken to where all your Theme Park tickets would be stored. If you see tickets here, you’ll see the ticket type, who it belongs to, how many days are remaining, and when it expires.
If you aren’t seeing any Theme Park tickets in this section, then that means it’s time to
purchase some new tickets to access the magic! As you’re reviewing your ticket options, you can also choose a package deal where you get both your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel and your tickets together at one time! Once purchased, keep in mind that you’ll also need
Disney Park Pass reservations in addition to your tickets. Both a Disney Park Pass and ticket are needed for each person, for each day they want to enter the Theme Parks. The reservations are super easy to make and you can even review the
Theme Park reservation calendar to plan ahead.
If you need a bit of help deciding which Theme Parks to choose from, Hakuna Matata, check out this
Visitor’s Guide. This is a great resource that gives an overview of all the Theme Parks and categorizes the attractions based on age!
As your vacation countdown continues, I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for the
