Hiya Yogi! Welcome to planDisney!
In just a few short weeks, you will be off on your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. It will be here before you know it, so let's get your tickets taken care of, so you can get to wrapping up those final vacation planning details!
Yogi, I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble finding your purchased theme park tickets, so let's see what we can do. First, let's start by logging into your My Disney Experience account. Once logged in, hover over the My Disney Experience logo on the upper right-hand side, and select "My Plans." Then, scroll down to "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" and click on "Tickets and Memory Maker." If your tickets are linked to your account, you will see them here. Also, if you toggle back to "Daily Itinerary," you should see the Theme Park Reservations you made. Now, if you're not seeing your tickets and reservations here, don't worry! They likely still need to be linked to your My Disney Experience account. You can do this by following these steps:
- Pull up your email confirmation from your ticket purchase.
- Log into your My Disney Experience account, and navigate to "My Plans."
- From here, hover over "Park Tickets" and click on "Link Tickets."
- Once loaded, you can add the ticket number from your confirmation email and link them to your account.
If you have not received your ticket purchase email confirmation or you're still not seeing your tickets in your account after following these steps, I recommend reaching out to the Existing Tickets team at (407) 934-7639. The wonderful Cast Members here will be happy to help you locate your tickets and get them all linked up for you.
Yogi, have you had a chance to make some Advanced Dining Reservations for your trip? There are SO many delicious restaurants to try during your vacation. Each has its own unique style and menu that will please any palate. These restaurants do book up, so I definitely recommend securing some reservations to ensure you're able to enjoy some fabulous meals with your family. I like to do one sit-down meal per day and enjoy the quick-service restaurants and snack stands for the other two meals.
I hope this has been helpful to you! As you continue to prep for your upcoming visit, know that we are here to help you make the most of your Walt Disney World Resort Vacation. So, please visit us again with any questions you may have.
Until next time,
Diana
