Hey there, hi there, Denise! Welcome to planDisney. We are so glad you stopped by to ask us your ticket question!
We are thrilled to hear that you are hoping to visit Disneyland this month. Most tickets are purchased as eTickets that are delivered via email and can be easily linked to your MyDisney account. However, if you have purchased physical tickets through a special package, you just have an extra step. Linking tickets can be done through the
Disneyland website or
Disneyland app; either way, the first step is to log into your MyDisney account or create one. Next, you will head to book
Theme Park Ticket Reservations. Your tickets may have come with instructions and a special website link to book. On this page, you will click "Book Theme Park Reservation". If you don't have tickets linked to your account, you will see "Link a ticket or Magic Key pass". Click on that prompt, and it will take you to a new page. Here you will enter the ticket ID number that should be at the bottom left on the backside of your paper ticket. After you have linked your tickets, you will be able to click on "Continue" and make reservations.
In the Disneyland app, you can also link your tickets by typing in the ID number or scanning the QR code on the back of the ticket. You will click on the three horizontal lines at the bottom right of the app and go to "Tickets and Passes". At the top right of the screen, you will see a "+" and it will give you the option to "Link Tickets and Passes". There, you will see that you can use your camera for the QR codes or Type ID option.
If you are still having trouble finding your ticket ID number or having difficulty linking these tickets, you can always reach out to
Ticket Services to see if they can troubleshoot or help walk you through linking your tickets.
Denise, I hope this was helpful. We are here for any of your other planning questions!
