Hi Todd!
So happy to welcome you to planDisney for the first time! Let's get this party started so you can make your next trek to Walt Disney World.
First of all, I assumed that since you said pass, you are an Annual Passholder. In having an
Annual Pass, you already have your "Key to the Kingdom" that enables you to unlock a year's worth of magic at the parks, resorts, and Disney Springs. I can see why you’d love to know how many days you’ve been able to use your Annual Pass to visit the Most Magical Place on Earth!
Good news: there’s a dedicated line for V.I.PASSHOLDER Support (407)-WDW-PASS or you can visit Disneyworld.com/PassholderHelp and fill out a short form. There’s also a very helpful
Know Before You Go section on the Walt Disney World website devoted to Annual Pass information, and also detailed information on all the
Passholder specials and perks.
If in fact you are asking about the number of days left on your Disney park tickets and NOT an Annual Pass, then you would email "ticket.usage@disneyworld.com" and include the following information:
-Photograph or scan of the front and back of each ticket
-Your full name
-Where and when ticket was purchased
-Purchaser’s name and form of payment
-Phone number where you can be reached during the day.
Naturally, if you are at Walt Disney World, you can also check your
remaining days on your ticket with a Cast Member at Guest Services at each park; the Concierge desks at Disney Resort hotels; or Guest Relations at Disney Springs.
If you have more questions, don’t hesitate to contact us here at planDisney again. It's our privilege to assist you, and perhaps we can add some pixie dust to your next trip!
See ya real soon!
