Hi there, Kyle. Welcome to planDisney and thank you for sharing your question with us. It sounds like a visit to the Disneyland Resort may be in your future and I'm pleased to help.
There are a couple of ways to locate your tickets' expiration date. So let's explore, shall we? The first would be to search your email inbox for your ticket purchase confirmation email from the sender "Disneyland Reservations." This email will contain the expiration date of your tickets. If you don't have this, no worries! You can also
reach out to a Cast Member who can locate your tickets in your account to let you know the expiration date. Just be sure that the tickets were purchased with your Disney account, otherwise have the account holder call to check.
Kyle, if you find out that your tickets are expired, fret not! You can apply a wholly unused expired ticket towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket as long as the price of the new ticket is equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. The original ticket must also not be a special event ticket. Don't forget you'll also need to
make a theme park reservation.
This year is a great time to visit the Disneyland Resort. The
Disney100 Celebration is in full swing and the new attraction,
Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway, is also now open. I recently was able to experience this attraction and it was so much fun! It's only available via
virtual queue right now, so start practicing your fast tapping. Be sure to also keep an eye out for hidden Mickeys in the queue and on the ride.
I hope this has been helpful, Kyle. Please come back to visit us with any other questions you might have. And when the time comes, I wish you a magical visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
Michelle
