Heigh ho, heigh ho... it's off to Walt Disney World you go!
Cindy, I'm so excited to welcome you to planDisney and chat about your upcoming vacation. How exciting that you'll be visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth so soon! I will also be soaking up all of the Magic at Walt Disney World this October with some of my planDisney besties and I'm already counting down the days.
Now, Cindy, let's dive into your question. Once you have logged into your
My Disney Experience account on your computer or through your browser, hover over the words "My Disney Experience" in the top right-hand corner. When you see the selection expand, click on "My Plans." From there you should see a heading that reads, "Cindy's Plans and Tickets." You'll want to scroll down until you see the bold heading that reads, "My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets." The default for this page is that of your daily plans, but under those words in blue you can click on "Tickets, Passes, and Memory Maker." When I click on that with my account I can see my tickets, including any special event tickets such as those to
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
Cindy, if you are using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, begin by clicking on the three horizontal lines in the lower right-hand corner. From there you'll be taken to a new page. Click on the tile that reads, "Tickets and Passes." You will see all tickets associated with your account
(including connected Family & Friends) from there.
I hope this helps as you're getting excited about your upcoming visit. If you're hoping to experience the newest thrill ride at Walt Disney World Resort,
TRON Lightcycle/ Run make sure to learn about the
Virtual Queue system or brush up on how to
purchase an Individual Lighting Lane before your trip.
Cindy, I'll be wishing on a star that you have a pixie-dusted stay. Please don't hesitate to come on back to planDisney with any other questions. Like one of Snow White's favorite roommates, we are HAPPY to serve!
Lauren
