How do I find my tickets information on the website?

Hey Howdy Hey Saul and welcome to planDisney!

I bet you all are getting super excited about your trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth just days away! There is so much to look forward to during your upcoming vacation that I'm sure you will have an Enchanting time. Thank you for stopping by with your question on accessing your Theme Park Tickets. I will gladly give you a few options on where to check.

The first place you are going to want to check for your tickets is through your My Disney Experience account. Once you log in, scroll to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section. Look for the heading "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" which you will click on. During your experience purchasing your reservation and/or Theme Park Tickets, you should have been prompted to log into your My Disney Experience account. This should link all of your tickets right here under your account. Each ticket should also be linked or have the option to link to other members of your party that you are sharing plans with. This is typically the most reliable place to access your tickets.

If you did not purchase your tickets from the Walt Disney World site or you were not prompted to log into your account, you should have gotten an email confirmation for your purchase. In this email, you should see a confirmation code. This code can be plugged into the My Disney Experience account so your tickets will be accessible and linked to your account.

Once onsite, you can access your tickets either with a MagicBand+, Disney MagicMobile Service or by visiting a ticket window and picking up a Magic Key Card. Either way accessing the parks should be super easy!

I hope this helps give you some areas to check into for your tickets. Worst case scenario you can always call Disney and as long as you have the credit card number that was used to pay for the tickets, they can look up the transaction for you. If you have any further questions let us know, we are always happy to help!

    Have a Magical day,

    Nick
