    where do I find my tickets?

    • If you purchased your tickets while logged into your My Disney Experience account, they should appear under "My Plans and Tickets."
    • If you're using the app, tap the menu icon (the three stacked lines) in the bottom right corner. Then select "My Tickets & Passes" to view your tickets.
    • If your tickets are not linked to your My Disney Experience account, check your email for a confirmation message with your ticket details. You can use the link in the email to add them to your account when you're ready.

    • If you still can't find your tickets or need further assistance, you can call Disney, and a Cast Member will ensure you get them right away.

    Once you've located your tickets, double-check whether you need theme park reservations, as this may depend on the type of tickets you have. If you call Disney, ask them to confirm that everything is properly linked so you can make Lightning Lane selections without any issues.
