Bienvenue, Yvette!
Doesn't life always seem to have a bit more sparkle when there's a visit to Disneyland Paris on the horizon? I like to think it's the pixie dust! Here at planDisney, we're always happy to help Guests such as yourself make sure all of the magical details are in place before you embark on a
practically perfect vacation, so let's talk tickets!
If you purchased your theme park tickets through the Disneyland Paris website then they should have automatically linked to your MyDisney account at the time of purchase. To view these tickets, you'll simply sign in to your account using the 'Log In' link in the top right corner of the
Disneyland Paris website and then select 'My Bookings'. If you don't see your tickets, you can link your tickets by selecting 'See my bookings' and providing the booking number from your confirmation e-mail and your last name when prompted.
Did you know that you can also link your tickets through the Disneyland Paris app for convenient access during your vacation? As soon as you open the app, you'll see the option to 'Link Ticket or Pass'. From there, you'll be prompted to either scan the code using your device camera or enter the Ticket number manually. Once your tickets are linked in the app, you can access them at any time by navigating to 'Account' and then 'My Tickets & Passes'.
If you encounter issues with the processes outlined above, I suggest reaching out to a
Disney Expert by phone or the Dream Team via chat on the
Disneyland Paris website before you arrive. This way you don't have to worry about wasting a moment of the magic!
Speaking of magic, you won't want to miss Disneyland Park's new nighttime spectacular,
Disney Tales of Magic. Filled with excerpts from beloved familiar stories, I've heard that the
mixture of fireworks, projections, and drones is absolutely captivating. I can't wait to see it for myself this summer! In fact, I'm so excited about it that I might treat myself by
purchasing access to the reserved viewing area.
I hope this helps you locate your tickets, Yvette. If you still have questions about your upcoming visit, you're more than welcome to
stop back by. I'm always happy to help!
Thinking Happy Thoughts,
Lizzie
