Greetings and welcome to planDisney, Michael. We're so glad you're here to share this question with us. It sounds like a visit to the Disneyland Resort is in your future and I'm delighted to help you prepare.
You will most definitely need your tickets (along with a
theme park reservation) to enter both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park, and I have a few suggestions for finding them. First, you may want to search your email inbox to see if you're able to find your confirmation email which contains a link to your theme park tickets. Search for an email from the sender "Disneyland Reservations." If you're not able to locate the email, don't worry. If you purchased your tickets at the Disneyland site, we can find your tickets in the
Disneyland app. Open the app and tap the "☰" to open the menu, followed by tapping the "Tickets and Passes" tile. Here you will find all of your theme park tickets. Lastly, if you purchased a
Disneyland Vacation Package, your tickets will arrive via email four days before your arrival date. If you haven't already, I strongly recommend making your theme park reservations as soon as possible.
2024 is off to a great start and is only going to get better with all of the
wonderful events in store at the Disneyland Resort. I just returned from my visit enjoying the Lunar New Year Celebration and I can't wait to return to eat my way through the
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. Is it March yet?
I hope you're getting excited about your visit, Michael. Most of all, I hope this has been helpful and you can locate your theme park tickets. Let us know if we can help with anything else. Here's wishing you a magical visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! Let the countdown to the magic begin!
