Greetings, Constance! I am so glad to hear that your 7 and 2-year-olds will be experiencing all the joy and magic that comes with a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! I am happy to guide you to the pricing for little ones as it can be a bit tricky to locate on the website. Let’s start with a dash of good news! Your 2-year-old will not be charged admission to the Disney Parks! Admission is not charged for children under 3!
Let’s begin our pricing search at the
Walt Disney World Resort website. Once you arrive at the site, hover (don’t click) your mouse over the heading that states, “Parks & Tickets.” When the dropdown menu appears, click on “
Theme Park Tickets.” On that page, scroll down a bit to where you see a blue button that states, “Continue” and click it. On the next page, you’ll be prompted to select the number for which you want to visit parks, which day(s) you’ll visit, and your ticket type. Once you enter all that information, then you will finally be able to select tickets for children 3-to-9 years old and tickets for people 10 and older toward the bottom of the screen. I told you it would take a few “clicks” to get there, but we made it! I hope that information is helpful to you as you continue your planning!
One more bit of planning advice that I want to offer since you are traveling with little ones. Guests entering the Disney Parks are allowed to enter a park, leave a park, and then return to the same park later. This is super helpful when visiting the parks with little ones. My wife and I found that our kids needed a midday break. We would start our day at the park, stay until around 11 AM, and then return to the resort hotel for an afternoon nap or break by the pool. Then, later in the afternoon, it was back to the parks for a fun evening!
Happy planning!
