    Where do I find the ticket number on the confirmation email. Trying to add Genie + before hand but can’t link the passes to the guests. When I go to purchase Genie + it says non of my guests or myself have a admission ticket attached.

    Thank you for consulting planDisney and I am sorry for the inconvenience with your Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets. Let’s see what we can do to help a fellow Canadian Disney fan!

    On the Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket confirmation, the ticket ID numbers may be listed beside the lead Guest’s name, or beneath the designated barcodes for each ticket in small print, which you could use to link or associate your tickets to your Disney account to begin planning through My Disney Experience online and/or the My Disney Experience app. You must link each ticket before any type of planning, including adding any theme park ticket options such as the Disney Genie+ service.  

    To link your Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets to your Disney account, sign in, change the country filter from Canada to the United States (trust me this works) look for My Disney Experience on the far right, click on My Plans and then Tickets where you will be able to manually add the ticket ID number(s). Once your theme park tickets are linked please make your Disney Park Pass - Theme Park Reservations as this is the next crucial step towards your planning.

    Samantha, please do not worry if you can’t add the Disney Genie+ service in advance of your arrival because you can add the service during your stay using the My Disney Experience app. What you would do is add the service any time after midnight on the day of your reserved theme park visit and be ready by 7:00 AM the day of for your first selection. I am going to do this for our upcoming visit because I would like to see how I like using the service first, and depending on the crowd level, it may be a bonus, or it might not be needed.

    Tips:
    Finalize your Family & Friends list to create your travel party to facilitate selections for any planning, including the Disney Genie+ service.

    In the My Disney Experience app, in My Profile update your Payment Method to enable app transactions such as the Disney Genie+ service and Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering among other app essentials.
