Hiya, Jessica, and welcome to
planDisney!
There’s nothing I love more than planning a visit to the
Happiest Place on Earth, so let’s get started! It sounds like you’ve already purchased your
theme park ticket, but are now having trouble finding your ticket number. If you purchased your ticket directly from the
Disneyland website, you should have received an email with your confirmation number. It can take up to 24 hours to access your eTicket after purchasing it, but by now you should have received it. You can search your email inbox for the words “Disneyland Confirmation” to help you find it. If you never received an email confirmation, you’ll want to
call a Ticketing Cast Member at (714) 781-4636 for assistance. If you are able to find this email, look for the blue box that says “Access your eTickets” and click on it. Then, you’ll be directed to viewing your ticket.
Another place to look for your ticket number is the
Disneyland app. If you’ve already downloaded the app and linked it to your Disney account, then your eTicket should appear in the “Tickets & Passes” section of the app.
Speaking of the Disneyland app, it’s my favorite handy helper in the parks! My family and I love taking advantage of the
mobile ordering option, which saves valuable park time. You can also use the app to access Disney Genie and
purchase Disney Genie+ Service to help you experience the perfect Disney day!
Wishing you a magical visit, Jessica! Please stop by with any additional questions… we’re all EARs!
Hope to see ya’ real soon,
Kristin
