How do I find the ticket ID number on a virtual ticket?

    Howdy, Alexander! Welcome to planDisney!

Three chEARS to you for booking your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! You are on your way to the adventure of a lifetime, and I just know you will love it. I know there is a lot to think about when planning a vacation, but rest assured that your friends at planDisney are here to help you every step of the way. So, let’s get to your question so you can continue planning your incredible trip!

When you purchased your theme park tickets, you should have received a confirmation to the email address you entered at check out. To find your ticket ID code, simply pull up the email and look for the barcode in the upper right corner. Your ticket ID number will be listed under the barcode. Once you have that handy, you can easily link the tickets to your My Disney Experience account. To start, log into your My Disney Experience app and open the menu by clicking on the three stacked lines in the bottom right corner. From there, navigate to "Tickets and Passes." Then, click on "Link Tickets & Passes" and enter the number under the barcode manually or click on "Scan Code" to scan the bar code from your confirmation. And just like that, you are all linked up!

Alexander, don’t forget to secure your Park Pass Reservations for the dates you plan to visit the theme parks. As a reminder, you'll need to make a reservation for the first park you plan to visit each day. Then, if you have added the Park Hopper Option to your tickets, you can hop over to another park starting at 2 p.m. each day. To make your Park Pass Reservations, simply click on the “+” in the middle of the app navigation bar and click on “Make a Park Reservation.” From there, click on “Theme park Tickets,” and a separate browser window will open. You can then select the members of your party, the date of your visit, and the park you would like to reserve. Pretty easy, right, Alexander?!

I am just so excited for you to visit Walt Disney World. You've got such an incredible adventure ahead of you, especially since you will be visiting during The Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration! Of course, you're bound to have some questions as you continue planning your vacation, so please visit us again soon if there is anything else we can help you with!

    Until next time,
