How do i find my ticket id number if i purchased tickets online

Hey Howdy Hey Cindy and welcome to planDisney!

This year is such an exciting year to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. With most of the construction being complete in the reimagination of EPCOT to the soon-to-open reimagined Tiana's Bayou in Magic Kingdom and the recent announcement of the return of Mickey's Not-So-Scarry Halloween Party, there is never a bad time to visit! Thank you for stopping by with your question about linking your tickets to your My Disney Experience account. I will be happy to give you more information on how to get this done. Let's get to it!

When purchasing Theme Park Tickets online, you will most likely get a confirmation of your transaction via email. On that email you will be looking for a "ticket ID number", "confirmation number" or "Walt Disney World Reservation Number". Either of these may be in the email you receive and will plug into your My Disney Experience account online. Make sure to check your spam folder as sometimes new Disney communications may end up there accidentally!

Once you have the email with either of the titled numbers above, go to your My Disney Experience account online. Hover over the ticket icon and then select the option to "Link Tickets". Plug in these numbers to have your tickets linked to your account. Once linked, you can go to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section and look for the heading "My Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" which you will click on. There you should see your linked tickets as well as the members they are assigned to. I have found this process has been easier and more consistently carried out through the online account rather than the app. I have also had instances where the site accepts the number but I don't see the tickets linked. A quick log out of your account and closing your web browser usually will resolve this issue after you log back in.

I hope you can get your ticket easily linked by following the steps above. If you continue to have issues, you can always call Disney and speak with a Cast Member about your ticket situation. They should be able to help connect things quickly. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach back out and let us know, we are always happy to help!

    Have a Magical day,

    Nick
