Where do I find my ticket ID

Hey Daniel and welcome to planDisney. Your trip to the "Most Magical Place on Earth" is so soon. I know you will enjoy spending the end of the year with Mickey and the gang as you eat your way through the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays and enjoy thrills like TRON Lightcycle / Run. Let's get you squared away with your ticket so you can link it to your My Disney Experience account.

The location of the ticket ID number depends on the type of ticket. If you have a physical plastic ticket then you will be able to see a number on the back or front of the card in the top or bottom. It could be a 12-, 17-, or 20-digit ID Number. You may link a ticket to your My Disney Experience account either online or through the My Disney Experience app. When linking just follow the prompts which will guide you through the process which will guide you. If you received a digital ticket through email then you will find the ticket ID underneath the barcode likely in the upper right-hand corner.

If you have older tickets, before 2010, then you may need to contact a Cast Member with Existing Tickets at 407-939-4357 for assistance.

planDisney Pro Tip: Be prepared to take advantage of Disney Genie+ Service, Individual Lightning Lane Entry, and Virtual Queue attractions during your visit because the crowds will be large.

Daniel, I hope you have a fabulous winter wonderland adventure with Mickey and the rest of the Fab Five. Please feel free to write me back directly with any follow-up questions.

    Enjoy making many Magical Memories.
