If you have a valid
admission ticket and a
theme park reservation, you can easily locate that information by logging into your Disneyland account and hovering over "My Disneyland" in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Select "Ticket and Reservation Details" to see all your current tickets and theme park reservations. If you're looking for the expiration date on your ticket, you can find that in the confirmation e-mail you received at the time of your admission ticket purchase. In the
Disneyland mobile app, you can see the expiration date on the ticket by selecting "Tickets and Passes."
If you have a ticket and no reservation, however, you can make one by clicking the "+" at the bottom of the Disneyland mobile app and selecting "Make a Park Reservation." On the Disneyland desktop page, you can also make a
theme park reservation and check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar.
Sometimes you can't locate an e-mail or your ticket doesn't appear linked like it should. If that happens, you can always call the
Tickets phone line where a helpful Cast Member will assist you. I had tickets go missing from my Disneyland account and the friendly Cast Member I spoke with helped tracked them down with a little searching.
