If you purchased tickets on the
Disneyland App or Disneyland
website, your
eTicket should be located in the “Tickets & Passes” section of the App. I suggest looking there as you may not need to enter a number into your account, your tickets may already be there! If you can’t find your tickets in the Disneyland App or on your Disneyland Resort account on the website, that's okay! You should have received a confirmation email with your eTicket information when you made the purchase. If you're unable to locate either your tickets or your confirmation email, I encourage you to reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member there would be happy to assist you further.
In order to join the
virtual queue, you’ll need a valid admission ticket and a
Theme Park Reservation for Disneyland Park. It is important that Guests have both when attempting to join the virtual queue. If you’re beginning your day at Disneyland Park, you may attempt to secure your position in the virtual queue for
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance at 7:00 a.m. If you are unsuccessful in securing a Boarding Group in the morning or if you are beginning your day at Disney California Adventure Park, don’t worry! You'll have another chance to access the virtual queue system to check for available boarding groups at 12:00 p.m.!
