Hello there, Kenny!
Welcome to
planDisney, and thanks for stopping by to ask us a question about your
theme park ticket. I’m happy to hear you have a visit to the
Disneyland Resort on the horizon!
To see the details of the Disney eTicket you purchased online, search for the confirmation email you received when buying your ticket. The subject line of my most recent ticket transaction email was “Disneyland Confirmation” along with the ticket confirmation number in parentheses. In this email, you can find all the information about your ticket transaction, including the date of purchase, the type and length of the ticket, the
theme park reservation confirmation number, the name of the person the ticket is assigned to, the cost of the ticket, and the method you used to pay. Click the link that reads “Access Your eTickets” to view the actual ticket.
Kenny, your Disney eTicket can be scanned directly from your mobile device once you arrive at the theme park entrances, or you have the option of printing it out at home in advance. You can also link the theme park ticket to the
Disneyland mobile app on your smartphone, which is what I recommend so you’ll always have it handy. Once you have accessed your ticket online you can link it to your app. Be sure that you are signed in to your MyDisney account in the app and then tap the three stacked lines near the bottom right of the screen. Select the “My Tickets and Passes” section and tap the “+” symbol in the upper right corner. Use the “Link Tickets & Passes” button to add your ticket by scanning the ticket’s barcode with your smartphone’s camera or manually typing the ID numbers.
I hope this answers your question, Kenny. If you still need more assistance, please feel free to
write back to us or call the Disneyland Resort’s ticket line at (714) 781-4636 to get help from a Cast Member.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
