Hello, Emily! Thank you for sailing our way as you prepare for your holiday aboard Disney Cruise Line.
There’s magic all around you on
Very Merrytime Cruises! The Disney Fantasy is beautifully decorated with greenery. Mickey and his friends are dressed in their seasonal best, and even Santa stops by for a visit before returning to the North Pole. I’m happy to share some of the fun you can expect onboard.
Sunday night is formal night, and Thursday is semi-formal night. This is the perfect opportunity to snap your Christmas card photo. Stop by the atrium before dinner and view the available backdrops. They change each evening. I just returned from a Very Merrytime Cruise, and they had a cozy backdrop one evening with a tree, fireplace, and Mickey stockings. It was one of my favorite pictures.
Apparently, pirates are okay with being on Santa’s naughty list because they make a stop Tuesday looking for treasure.
Pirate Night is a beloved Disney Cruise Line tradition that features a day full of pirate-themed activities, a special dinner menu, and dazzling fireworks at sea.
The remaining evenings are listed as
"cruise casual” attire. While not exactly a themed night, many Guests wear matching pajamas or sweaters to take a family picture in front of the sparkling Christmas tree.
You can see the Daily Activity Schedule and the suggested dining attire on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once you board the ship. Scroll through the app daily and “favorite” the activities that pique your interest. You won’t want to miss the tree-lighting ceremony in the atrium on the first night. The best views are on Decks 4 and 5.
I hope your adventure at sea is merry and bright! Please point your sleigh in our direction if we can help with anything else. My friends and I are always happy to lend a helping hand.
SEAS the adventure!
