Ahoy there, Tracey!
Oh boy-you are about to set sail on your adventure at sea with Captain Mickey and crew! Guess I better get you this information STAT!
As far as the details about theme nights and events during your voyage, the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app works wonders in letting you know all this information once you are onboard. You can even favorite the activities, movies, and shows that most appeal to you, and the app will send you a reminder shortly before it starts so you don’t miss a thing! But let me give you a sneak peek so you can pack accordingly.
Very Merrytime activities and entertainment are traditionally one day of your sailing. For my 3-night voyage on the Disney Dream a few weeks ago, ours was on the second day. Naturally, yours will be different since you will be on a 4-night cruise, but it does help to know going in that the day will be dedicated to all things holly jolly. Bring some fun and festive attire (like a holly jolly sweater) or your finest dressy clothes to get photos for your holiday cards!
You WILL have a
Pirate Night since they are currently on all Disney cruises 4 nights or longer. With bandanas left for you in your stateroom, you don’t have to bring costumes...but feel free to and get in the swashbuckling spirit! That evening, your servers will lead a pirate takeover and a pirate-themed menu.
Depending on whether you have
Main Seating or Second Seating for rotational dining, that will determine which fireworks show you are assigned. The Disney Cruise Line Navigator app will tell you what time to attend. Go a few minutes early to claim a prime viewing spot as they are encouraging Guests to socially distance on deck using blue dots marking the appropriate spots for each travel party.
So throw all the costumes and accessories in because you have a cruise ship to catch in 2 days! Wishing you a DREAM vacation from start to finish!
Happy Sailing!
