Hiya, Michele!
Welcome Home and welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by with your question. Michele, I love helping fellow Disney Vacation Club Members with Membership questions. As a Member for the last 22 years, DVC has afforded our family flexible vacations to Disney and beyond that wouldn't have been possible otherwise. I hope you are enjoying your dream-filled family vacations year after year with your Membership!
Michele, I double-checked on the Disney Vacation Club website. If you have a loan through Disney Vacation Club, you should be able to find
the tax form you need by logging into your account. Go to the tab that says "My DVC" and click on "My Dashboard."
From here, you'll see a Menu box on the right next to the box that shows your Vacation Points. In the menu box, click on the icon that says "loans." You should find the information for the 1098 tax form (mortgage interest paid) here if you have a mortgage loan through DVC.
Additionally, the actual 1098 tax form is mailed to the Primary Purchaser no later than January 31 of each year. If you have not received this form, please call
Disney Vacation Club Member Services Accounting and select option 3. The DVC team can assist you with getting the documentation you need. If your loan is not through Disney Vacation Club, you will need to
contact your lender for your 1098 tax form information.
I hope this helps you, Michele. If you have any further Disney Vacation Club questions, soar back here to see me and I'll be so happy to help you. After all, you've got a friend (and neighbor) in me!
Magically Yours,
Keri
