Any way to find out when the star wars weekend will be in 2013, do they plan this far ahead?

    Hi Steven!

My son and I went to Star Wars Weekends for the first time in May of 2010 and it was simply amazing! We saw Hollywood Studios in a whole new light. The Star Wars Characters walking around, the parade, special shows like the Hyperspace Hoopla, the Star Wars merchandise, and the Star Wars Celebrities combined to make it a trip to remember, a true highlight of our year! I went again this year and enjoyed it even more!

Disney usually releases the dates of Star Wars weekends in January or February so the 2012 Star Wars Weekends dates have not been announced yet. So for the dates of the 2013 Star Wars Weekends, you will have to wait until the beginning of 2013 for them to be announced.  Historically, Star Wars Weekends are held in Hollywood Studios on the last two weekends of May and the first two weekends of June. As always, Disney has the right to change these dates, but you should be able to enjoy the fun of Star Wars Weekends by scheduling your 2013 Walt Disney World vacation sometime during the last two weekends of May and the first two weekends of June.

May the Force be with you as you plan to enjoy Star Wars Weekends in Hollywood Studios!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
