Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jen! Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is coming up in just a few weeks so it's a great time to nail down some of those final details, including finalizing your dining reservations.
All guests are able to book their table-service dining reservations 180 days in advance, but one of the benefits of staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel is that at that 180 day mark before your arrival you can book dining reservations for the entire length of your stay, up to 10 days! This means that Resort hotel guests get the first opportunity to book popular restaurants that fill up quickly like
Chef Mickey's at
Disney's Contemporary Resort, and
Be Our Guest Restaurant in
Magic Kingdom Park. Because the booking window for dining begins so far in advance, if you're anything like me you might want to change your mind a few times in the days and weeks leading up to your vacation. You can change or cancel your dining reservation up
until midnight the day before without incurring a charge to your credit card. If you cancel on the same day or don't show up to your reservation at all, there will be a per person fee charged to the credit card saved to your account.
Because the process of making reservations is so flexible, guests are changing their dining reservations all the time so if you didn't get a spot at a restaurant you wanted to try, keep checking the My Disney Experience app! You never know what might pop up.
