Thanks for sailing by planDisney with your question, Kate. It looks like you are a fellow fan of the classic scent of these iconic Disney toiletries, so I’m happy to help with your treasure hunt.
I have some good news and bad news for you. The good news is that even though the products no longer have the same H2O+ packaging, Disney has rebranded them and you’ll find these classic scents in your stateroom on the ships. The shampoo and conditioner are Sea Marine and the Body Wash, Body Lotion, and Hand Soap are Sea Salt. On some ships, you may also find some of the Elemis toiletries they use in
Senses Spa.
Unfortunately, as much as we’ve looked, we have not found them available for purchase any longer. I know this is a Bibbidi Bobbidi Bummer, but it makes my heart happy knowing that at least we can still enjoy them while sailing the Big Blue.
I was devastated when I heard they were discontinuing the H2O+ products that had become synonymous with our Disney vacations on land and at sea. In fact, from the time my son was little, he would always ask for extra “amenities” to be delivered to our room and even requested full-size bottles as a gift for Christmas! As for me, I’ll probably keep checking the
Disney Store online and
Mickey’s Mainsail onboard just in case something changes in the future.
On a side note, did you happen to catch the announcement on the
Disney Parks Instagram page that they’ve just released The Disney Princess Collection by Bath & Body Works? I can’t wait to check out this new royal collaboration!
It looks like the only solution is to
start planning your next Disney Cruise (at least that’s what I do when I’m experiencing the post-Disney Cruise blues). If you think of another way we can help in the meantime, I hope you’ll swim back to us here at
planDisney, Kate.
Embrace the magic,
Sami
