Where can I find the schedule for the Magic Kingdom parade? Is it every night or just some nights?

    Hi Geraldine,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. On my very first grown-up Walt Disney World vacation someone (who will remain nameless) gave me the advice that I should skip the parades because the queues for the rides are shorter while they’re going on. Thank GOODNESS I didn’t listen to that person, because I absolutely adore Walt Disney World parades – they are just so magical!

The current parade at Magic Kingdom Park is the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade. The parade typically takes place in the afternoon each day; the schedule is posted on the parade’s web page as well as on the Park Hours page. Please note that times are subject to change, so be sure to check a Times Guide as your enter the park for the most up-to-date information. This parade is so much fun to watch, and I get happy tears every time. The music, the costuming, the dancing…it’s all just so wonderful.

Unfortunately, there is not currently an evening parade at Magic Kingdom Park, except during special ticketed events such as Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party or Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. Each of these events includes an evening parade: the spook-tacular Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade and the magically merry Once Upon A Christmastime Parade, respectively.

I hope you love watching your Disney parade, Geraldine!

    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Robyn
