how can we find out the schedule of character meet and greets before we get to the parks?

    Hi Melinda!

If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you can pick up a "Times Guide" for each theme park at your hotel.  You can also pick them up at Guest Relations at Downtown Disney (and of course, you can pick them up when you finally get to a theme park).

On the back of the guide, there will be a listing of the major character meet and greet locations in the park and the times the characters will be there.  However, there will also be additional characters not listed on the Times Guide to meet and greet.  If you are looking for a particular character, you should stop in Guest Relations when you enter a park and ask if that character will be in the park that day.

If you want more interaction with the characters then you should consider a Character Dining Experience.  They are available inside the theme parks and outside in various resort hotels.

    Have a magical vacation!
