Is there ANY way to find out what the rotation is at Boma? The buffet's quite expensive, so I don't want to make a reservation only to find they aren't serving the dishes I went there for

    Jambo Peggy!

Thanks for posting your question about Boma - Flavors of Africa to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. This amazing dining establishment on the ground floor of Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is the go-to restaurant for the last morning of our annual senior trip to Walt Disney World Resort. All of my students and chaperones can find something they enjoy at this extensive buffet with a wide variety of traditional and African-inspired fare.

You are correct that the menu at Boma - Flavors of Africa rotates daily. At times, there are more than 75 items from which you can choose on their buffet. It can be hard to predict what the exact culinary lineup will be when you visit. However, you could reach out to the chefs to see if there's a general pattern to their offerings. If you'd like to speak to someone at the restaurant, call the resort at (407) 938-3000 and ask to be transferred to Boma - Flavors of Africa. You may need to leave a message, especially if you call during a busy dinner service, and have one of the managers or chefs return your call.

I'll keep my fingers crossed that you'll have the opportunity to enjoy all the delicacies you're dreaming of at Boma - Flavors of Africa on your next vacation.

Sending best wishes and pixie dust,
    Jill
