How do I find my room charges

    Greetings, Debra!

Welcome back to planDisney! I am delighted that you continue to stop by with your Walt Disney World Resort questions.

You can view your Walt Disney World Resort hotel room charges in the My Disney Experience app throughout your vacation. While inside the mobile app, select the three bars located at the bottom right of the screen. You will see a Resort Hotel icon on the next page. Select this option. You will see several links on the next site, including a blue folder labeled "View Charges". You will find this right under your room number. The View Charges tab is updated within a few hours of purchase and most charges will show in real-time. This is a great way to keep track of your expenses on the go during your stay. You will be able to view any purchases added to your room through the day of your resort checkout. There is also the option of stopping by the front desk of your resort if you are still visiting The Most Magical Place on earth. A friendly Cast Member will be able to assist you in getting a copy of your updated balance.

Debra, you will receive an email from Disney Destinations on the morning of your checkout. This email will include a file with all of your Disney Resort hotel charges, including any purchases you charged to your room. This will include food and merchandise purchases made with your MagicBand. If you have already returned from your magical adventure and you cannot locate this email, Hakuna Matata. You can speak to a Castmember supporting the My Past Walt Disney World Visit team to get this information resent to you.

I hope that your time at Walt Disney World was memorable and magical!
We hope to see you again real soon!
