How can I find out what rides are closed for refurbishment?

    Hey there Al,

Welcome to planDisney and thanks for your question! I always love the opportunity to get to help a fellow Arizonan.

My preferred place to get the most accurate and up-to-date information on things like attractions that are planned to be down for refurbishment, park hours, and entertainment schedules is the Daily Events Schedule page on the Disneyland Resort website.

This page has a few helpful features include a date selector in the top left (labeled "Change Date"), with toggles just underneath to see the schedule for different areas of the resort, and a switch in the top right to swap between a day view and a 5-day view.

Near the bottom of the page, you'll see "Closed for Refurbishment" - if you click that then it will expand the section so you can see any planned refurbishment schedules for the date you selected.

Keep in mind this schedule is available about six weeks out from the current date, so make sure to keep an eye on it as you continue to plan for your upcoming trips.

Additionally, I'm also a huge fan of the Disney Parks Blog, which is another really great place to get news and updates from around the Disneyland Resort including all the fun extras to expect during upcoming trips.

Thanks again for your question, Al! I hope you have a wonderful time on your next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth.

    Have a Magical Day,
    Greg
