Hi Donnamarie,
Welcome to planDisney and thank for your question!
All your reservations, whether they’re dining, Disney Park Pass, or Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservations can be found in the My Disney Experience mobile app. You just have to link them first.
If you don’t have a My Disney Experience account yet, Hakuna Matata, you can make one!
Let’s start with your
Theme Park tickets. If you’ve already purchased tickets, you should have ticket ID numbers from your confirmation email. You’ll want to have those numbers handy, sign in to the app, then in the lower right-hand corner select the three horizontal lines. This will take you to a landing page where you can select “Tickets and Passes” (or “Resort Hotel” if you already have a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation) and at the top of the next screen there should be a button that says “Link Tickets & Passes”. If that button isn’t there immediately, press the “+” in the upper right-hand corner.
Once your tickets are linked, you’ll want to make your
Disney Park Pass reservations. Currently, both Theme Park tickets and Disney Park Pass reservations are needed for entry into the Theme Parks. From the home screen, select the “+” at the bottom of the screen, then select the banner called “Make a Park Reservation”. Finally, select Theme Park Tickets under “Theme Park Reservations” and you’ll be one step closer to the magic! If you want to see the availability for all the Theme Parks for your vacation, just take a look at the
Theme Park Reservation calendar.
This same “+” button on the home screen of My Disney Experience will also allow you to “Check Dining Availability” so you can make your Advance Dining Reservations for your trip. Keep in mind you can make dining reservations up to 60 days in advance.
Remember that if you’re not having luck linking your reservations, you can contact the
My Disney Experience and MagicBands or Dining Reservations help desks. They will also be able to walk you through this process step by step.
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. If you have
further planning or vacation questions, feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
