I am so sorry to hear you are having difficulty finding your reservation. Hakuna Matata Jennie, let's review a few options and see if we can track down your reservation.
The first thing you are going to want to do is to check your email for the confirmation email you should have received from Disney after you made your vacation package reservations and paid your down payment. Make sure to check your spam folder as well as sometimes they end up there. As long as you have your confirmation email and a Walt Disney World Resort confirmation number in it, you are one step closer. Now to see what we can do about linking your reservation to your
My Disney Experience account.
When it comes to My Disney Experience, I have had better and more consistent luck using the website versus the app. I am not sure why but I would try to look online at your My Disney Experience account first. Once you log on, scroll down to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section. You should see your linked reservation with all your vacation details there. If you do not see anything there, not to worry, let's try to link your reservation to your account.
At the top of your My Disney Experience account, you should see several icons one of which looks like a hotel. Hover your cursor over the hotel icon until a blue button shows up to "Link Reservation". Click on the button and follow the prompts to get your reservation linked. From there you should be all set!
If you still do have some issues linking your reservation to your account, I would try these steps again but completely log out of your account and close your web browser. If that still does not work, a call to Disney may be the next step. You can
reach out to them with a phone call at (407) 939-4357 and a Cast Member will be able to help you the rest of the way. Make sure to have your email confirmation number or the credit card you used for the down payment to expedite this process.
