Hello Bradley,
Thanks for stopping by
planDisney with your question. Whether your vacation is next week, next month, or sometime in the future, dreaming of your next trip to Walt Disney World is exciting!
If you've purchased a
vacation package or just made reservations at a
Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, finding those plans should be relatively easy once you know where to look. On the Walt Disney World website, look to the far right for
My Disney Experience. Use the drop down menu to go to
My Plans. You'll probably have to enter your account information at this point - the name and password you used when setting up your account.
On this page you should be able to see all of your hotel, park, and dining reservations. If you don't see anything, don't panic. It just means you need to link your reservation or park tickets to your My Disney Experience account. Go down through the checklist. You first want to make sure that everyone traveling with you is listed under family and friends. Click on
View List and if you don't see everyone there,
Add Guest.
Once that's set, move on to
Resort Hotel. If you've made a reservation that isn't showing up, click
Link a Reservation. You'll need your resort confirmation number to make this work. You should have an email with this information that was sent shortly after you booked your room or vacation package. If you don't know your confirmation number, call (407) 939-1936, and a Cast Member can help you link your plans. I've had to do this in the past and they are very helpful.
Continue the same process if you need to link your tickets to your account. After you've completed this process once, all of that information will show up throughout your trip. You'll want to make sure you have
My Disney Experience app on your mobile device so that you can easily keep track of all your plans during your vacation.
Hope this helps. Have fun planning your visit to join in
The World's Most Magical Celebration!
